About Us

Quinnipiac University EMS is a student-run volunteer supplemental first responder agency. We formally began operations in the fall of 2019, providing EMS coverage for the Mount Carmel and York Hill campuses. Our members are certified Connecticut EMT’s and undergo regular training to keep their skills sharp.
 

In addition to responding to medical emergencies on campus, our members volunteer their time providing community education. Our agency provides CPR and Stop The Bleed classes to students, faculty, staff, and the Hamden community.
